The BDHL represents a league where development is at the forefront, combining skill development and game action for 2017-14 born players!
Every week, the focus will remain to teaching these young athletes. The BDHL is about honing skills, teaching the game, and instilling a passion to play the 5v5 game the right way.
DEVELOPMENT AT THE FOREFRONT
GOALIES
Goalies (2:1 ratio) will benefit immensely from the specialized training provided by PARAMOUNT HOCKEY. These coaches offer a unique perspective, focusing on the specific skills and techniques crucial for success between the pipes.
From positioning to reflexes, they fine-tune every aspect of a goalie’s game, ensuring they are prepared for the unpredictable nature of the sport. More importantly, they provide invaluable guidance, helping goalies develop the mental resilience needed to thrive under pressure.
Through their expertise and tailored instruction, Paramount Hockey equips each goalie with the tools to excel at the highest levels of competition.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
For 50 intense minutes, players will be challenged with a myriad of skill-building exercises tailored to enhance their understanding of the game.

GAME TIME EXPERIENCE
Following the skill development sessions, players will showcase their newfound abilities in a thrilling 50-minute game. But the BDHL game experience is more than just scoring goals and making saves; it’s about understanding the game situations, making split-second decisions, and learning from every play with our certified coaches.

Our league’s unique format allows us to bridge the gap between practice and game situations effectively. Through real-time feedback, strategic coaching, and immersive gameplay, we’re equipping our players with the knowledge and skills necessary to reach their potential.
