OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is simple, build a team. Period.

Our teams are made up of great kids with the proper attitude, work ethic, and want to be part of a team.

Our players learn to understand that every outcome is a result of their actions. It’s not about winning, but it kind of is. In hockey or in life, if you do the right things you get the results you aim for. So we enforce playing hockey the right way.

On an individual level, we stress the importance of having a winning mentality, individual play within a team system, and being focused on the team’s goals.
