Day Schedule

8:45 : Arrival

9:00 - 9:10 : Warm-up

9:10 - 9:45 : Puck skills (passing, pass reception, puck protection)

9:45 - 10:00 : Snack time

10:00 - 10:50 : Stick-Handling techniques

10:50 - 11:00 : Break

11:00 - 12:00 : Shooting techniques & scoring
